Shipping:

FREE shipping on all U.S orders. It usually takes 1-4 working days to arrive. (this is not including the order processing time)

$28 flat rate express mail for all orders outside of U.S. It usually takes 5 - 10 working days to arrive. (this is not including the order processing time)

Return & Exchange

If you are not happy with the product that we made for you, then you can simply send us an email to request an RMA # to return the product. We only accept returns & exchanges for the following reasons: Wrong product shipped to you, product is defective. Due to each product is handcarfted for each order, we do charge 30% restocking fee for each return due to any other reasons. We do not accept returns if the product has been used or has any sign of phsical damages.
